Q: WHAT IS MENULESS?
A: Menuless is just that. A tool for ordering good food without using any menus. Just tell us how many people you have and how much you want to spend, and food from a curated list of restaurants in your area will be delivered to your door.
Q: WHO ARE YOU GUYS?
A: We’re just two people who love food but hate making decisions.
Q: WHY SHOULD I USE MENULESS?
A: Because sometimes you’re just too hungry, busy, or indecisive to deal with ordering food. Because ordering for groups sucks big time. Because the delivery guy from the restaurant you always order from is starting to get judgy. Because you’re super hungry and just want food NOW.
Q: IS MENULESS FREE?
A: Menuless doesn't charge any fees. You do have to pay for your food, though.
Q: WHAT ABOUT TIP?
A: Your tip will be $3 or 10% of your total order, whichever is greater. It is automatically included. Also, if your delivery guy is going to ride his bike through a blizzard and climb six flights of stairs to deliver to you, you might want to give him some extra dough at the door.
Q: DO I HAVE TO GIVE YOU MY CREDIT CARD INFO?
A: Yes. You have to use it to pay for your food. But, we don’t collect or even see your credit card information. Your payment is handled by a secure and separate third party.
Q: HOW DOES MENULESS DETERMINE MY ORDER?
A: We curate the best meals from the best restaurants in your area. Then, our proprietary algorithm chooses your order based on the inputs you give us – number of hungry people, the max amount you want to spend, and your location. Our system makes sure that you’ll get enough food to feed everyone within the dollar amount you put in. It also makes sure you’ll get satisfying meals for everyone and not just a whole bunch of sides of coleslaw. Unless you want a bunch of coleslaw. In which case, click here.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW I'M NOT GOING TO GET SHITTY FOOD?
A: We carefully curate our restaurant list and the meals on it to make sure you get good stuff, and we don't do fast food. But, obviously, taste is subjective. That’s just the chance you take.
Q: YEAH, BUT WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY ORDER?
A: Not our problem. You’re rolling the dice. You can, however, rate your order in your account history. Telling us whether or not you liked your order will help us know how to send you better stuff next time.
Q: WHAT IF I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY OR A DIETARY RESTRICTION?

Q: WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MUSHROOMS, AND MY ORDER COMES WITH MUSHROOMS?
A: You’re not getting the point.
Q: WHAT IF MY FOOD ARRIVES AND I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IT IS AND WHERE IT CAME FROM?
A: About an hour after your order is placed, we'll send you an email detailing your order, including the restaurant name and contact info. At that time, your order history will also be updated in your account.
Q: WHAT IF MY FOOD NEVER SHOWS UP?
A: If your food hasn’t come within an hour, you’ll get an email with the contact and order information from the restaurant our site has selected for you. Use that to call the restaurant and see what’s up. Seriously, this will be the first thing we'll ask if you've done.
Q: WHAT DOES "ORDERING BY DELIVERY.COM" MEAN?
A: We curate your orders by hand. But we've got better things to do than to call them in by hand. Instead, we've automated the process using the Delivery.com API.
